Our chefs David, Cliff and Portia prepare delicious meals using fresh local ingredients and seasonal produce from the organic kitchen garden. A wide range of drinks are always available along with wines from quality South African estates.

We delight in creating meals that are international, with a local twist. A typical dinner would be kudu carpaccio with rocket served with homemade marula jelly and freshly baked warm sesame rolls, followed by local beef fillet served in layered ‘tower’ of beefsteak tomato, roast butternut, and squashed potatoes, all speared through with a porcupine quill. Pudding could be homemade mango sorbet with passion fruit mousse.
Children can be catered for separately at times to suit the party, or they are welcome to join their families. Children's menus include excitements such as zebra burgers (beef cooked in stripes rather than zebra itself!).
Enjoy bush brunches, al fresco breakfasts on the verandah, luxury picnic lunches, dinners under the stars or campfire suppers.
